This workshop is designed to help manager, supervisors, and emerging supervisors assess their current delegation practices and uncover additional strategies for more effectively empowering their team members.Every minute that managers spend doing something that someone else can do is one less minute managers have to do something only they can do. If there are tasks that you currently do that others can accomplish or that others could help you accomplish, this workshop helps uncover those tasks and plan for how to delegate them to others. Delegation can help you accomplish your goals, while advancing the abilities, confidence, and initiative of your employees. Delegation can help managers develop greater employee engagement.
